| S.I.T.E.S.A.P. (Greek Professional Yacht Owners Bareboat Association) represents about 400 members. Our Members along with their fleet, about 900 yachts, are the most active service providers of Maritime Tourism. The main demands that our Association has been pursuing and still do until the present day are: |
- Improvement in quantity an quality of harbour infrastructure.
- Collection and immediate utilization of statistics regarding Maritime Tourism.
- Reduction of bureaucracy through a unified Authority for Maritime Tourism.
- Creation of Ministry of Tourism.
- Creation of a Commitee for Maritime Tourism with the participation of S.I.T.E.S.A.P.
- Creation of infrastructure for the training of all the people involved.
- Financial:
Loans with favorable terms for fleet-improvement and renewal.
Participation of S.I.T.E.S.A.P. at the Judjement Commitee.
Motives for fleet renewal and improvement.
Active support to Yacht-building Industry in Greece.
- Organised, constant and efficient promotion of Maritime Tourism.
- Improvement of the legislative frame towards the simplification of the procedures.
